Carter's First Birthday Party

This has been the fastest year! We can't believe our baby girl turned 1!

You weren't too into unwrapping all of your gifts, but you did enjoy looking and playing with your new books and toys.

We didn't know what to expect when it came time for you to eat  your smash cake because you hadn't had any thing sweet yet...but needless to say, after a couple of tastes you dove right in!

After daddy cleaned you up you were so happy and went back to playing/climbing on your new toys.

And soon after everyone had left, those smiles quickly faded and our little one year old was exhausted and over due for a nap.
