First Toddlertime Class at the Library

After spending the last couple days at home, Carter was dressed and ready to her first Toddlertime class at the library. The library had a delayed opening due to the snow and ice but they were open and ready for her 10:30 class.
It's not everyday we get out and about when there is snow on the ground.
Carter was dressed for the weather in her pink and blue corduroy mittens outfit!
Since it rarely ever snows, you have to check it out any time you go outside. Carter pointed and made all sorts of noises in the backseat of the car. We arrived at the library a tad early, so Carter had time to check things out. She was an instant fan of the flags hanging down from the ceiling.
She did great during the class. She sat on mommy's lap while we sang songs, listen to read alouds, and watched the puppets. During the middle of the class, Carter looked at the kids sitting on each side of her and said, "Hey!" All the moms and the teacher stopped singing and laughed. She paid attention to the teacher, clapped her hands, and laughed out loud when it came time to pop the bubbles.

After the class we looked at a couple books and played with a puzzle. Then it was time to go home.
We sat next to the wall of windows. Carter enjoyed watching the people, cars, and what little bit of snow was left on the ground.
See ya next week, Library!
