Carter was so excited for her first day of preschool! She wanted to go see Mrs. Erica, meet her new friends, and play with her new toys.
When asked what she wanted to be when she grows up she said, "A mommy,"
Daddy and mommy walked her to her classroom.
She went right into her classroom without any hesitation. She tried to potty before class started but she was too distracted by the murals on the walls and all the kids voices she could hear. Looking at one of the murals, she asked, "Why does that monkey have soap in his hand?" Mommy couldn't help but laugh!!! Daddy was happy he could be there to take you to school, but you didn't even tell us goodbye. You were ready to play with your play dough.
When it was time to go get Carter from school, mommy was buckling Crawford into his carseat and he was looking at Carter's carseat like "Where is sissy?" Mommy could tell he missed you! (Crawford blinked and mommy caught a picture of those those long lashes!)
You waited for mommy with Mrs. Erica and all your classmates in the hall at pick up time. As soon as you saw me, you jumped up, gave me a hug, and said "I had so much fun!" Once at home, you showed me your rooster craft and jumped around yelling "cock-a-doodle-doo!" And of course, you were ready for lunch!
You had a great first day of preschool!
