We had an awesome time at Pine Island today. It's the first time we've gone and Carter has been big enough to enjoy all there is to offer. As we were packing our lunches, Carter kept asking questions about where we were going and what we were doing. All we told her was that we are going on a picnic. So when we got there she was excited to see the lake and the boats but the first thing she wanted to do was play on the playground.
Crawford and mommy found a swing and rocked for a little while and walked around while Carter and daddy played.
A little later, Crawford had tummy time in the shade while mommy set up for the picnic. Carter was so excited to picnic!
After lunch we went walking around. Carter enjoyed checking out the lake, watching the boats and seeing the pool.
A few more minutes on the playground and it was time to head home for nap time. Overall we had a fun time. The weather was perfect, there was hardly anyone there and we had fun spending time together.
