Crazy the Difference A Year Makes!

Gee originally made this dress for Carter for YaYa's graduation and we were going to make it work by hemming it but we decided it was too wide. You can see where we were intending on hemming it (where the crease is at the bottom). A year later, it fits in the width but there is a huge difference as to how long it needs to be this year!
