The Friday Night Gang Shower

The Friday Night Gang women hosted a sweet shower in honor of Carter and the theme was popular children's books. Can you tell that these ladies are either teachers or work within the school? They even had the cupcakes decorated with different children's books on top of them!

Instead of giving cards, each gift came with a book with a special message writen to Carter.  

Casey's mom gave one of Casey's favorite old books, The Little Engine That Could. Inside was a note written and dated from when they bought the book on their train ride to Paradise, PA. Below the note, she wrote a sweet message to Carter. 

We had a great time catching up over dinner and talking about Carter.

Now we are just waiting for her to arrive!
