After getting ready for bed, Carter found an elf waiting for her in her crib. She wasn't sure what to think...but she wanted to read the book. 
And while daddy read, she could hardly keep her eyes off the elf. As daddy read about how you have to name the elf, he stopped reading. Carter said, "I wanna name him Chex Mix!" We all laughed and giggled and Carter continue to smile from ear to ear. She was so excited but yet had soooo many questions about him. Before telling him good night, she smiled for a picture with her next elf and book.
