Our Trip to the Zoo with Gee

We had a fun morning at the zoo. The weather was perfect, there weren't many people and we had a good time. Carter has been talking about the zoo nonstop for the past couple days so she was so excited to go see the "baboons." Why the baboons, we don't know but she kept bringing up the baboons. Anyways, we saw the baboons, fed the giraffes and road the train...along with seeing a bunch of other animals.

Carter had so much fun feeding the giraffes. She fed them three handfuls of Kerry's and probably would have fed them more if we had let her. Her little hands were so slimy after being licked but she enjoyed every second of it. Gee on the other hand stood back and took pictures, not wanting to be too close to those longs tongues.

Crawford was a good little brother and waited patiently in his stroller while Carter rode the train. 

She had been looking forward to riding the "choo choo" and it was exciting to ride with Gee!

After a great day at the zoo, we went to Chick-fil-a and Carter was excited to eat an ice cream cone!
