Six Weeks

How can anyone resist those big blue eyes? 

At six weeks old, Carter is staying awake for longer periods of time during the day and is trying her hardest to smile. 

While taking pictures, she just happen to start moving her lips to smile. It was the cutest thing! 

                                           

Carter continues to practice holding her head up during tummy time. It is not her favorite time but she is getting better at it. She is also getting more used to laying on her back. In this picture, I helped her grasp the ball and she hung on to it for a minute and moved it around. She likes to look at it and listen to the rattle on the ball.  

 She likes to have your full attention and will stare and follow you with her eyes.
